POSTPONED: Farm to Table Harvest Dinner
THIS EVENT IS POSTPONED
Join The Collective's farm partners, Ecolibrium, for a farm-to-table meal prepared with the freshest from the field. Kyle Bopes, formerly of Junebaby and Salare, will create food pairings with natural wines from around the world. Each course will be thoughtfully designed around what the farm has to offer in that very moment, so providing a menu ahead of time is challenging. But we can tempt you with what we anticipate being ready: peppers - sweet, hot and poblano, tomatoes, potatoes, melons, radishes, eggplant, beets, winter squash, and Snoqualmie Valley lamb.
