Herbs for Hair & Skin Health

Having healthy hair and skin has roots in the health of your overall system. Herbs that commonly grow are very vitamin and mineral rich and can help with the health of your liver and how it processes toxins. Many of these herbs can also be used topically! In this class we will learn about a handful of herbs like Calendula, Nettles and Burdock for hair and skin health and we will make an herbal salve in class for you to take home. No herbal experience is necessary.
