Event Details

Many South Asian communities share an ability to survive and thrive despite mental health struggles related to experiences of migration, discrimination, oppression, and isolation. Celebrate these acts of resilience with an afternoon of dance, community-led conversations, film shorts, and resources at MOHAI.

Enjoy bites provided by Spice Waala and a chai tasting bar with Jaipur Avenue.

2:15–3:15 pm: “The Changing Landscape of South Asian Wellness” Panel Discussion with Asian Counseling and Referral Service
