Join Ba Bar Green (inside Ba Bar South Lake Union) on Wednesday, May 24 at 5:30 p.m. for a signed copy of the book, a delicious four-course plant-based dinner, and lots of conversation with Andrea and Ba Bar Green’s chef-owners Eric Banh and Chris Michel.

Tickets are $70 + tax and gratuity and include a four-course dinner and signed hard copy of Andrea's new cookbook. Tickets can be purchased online in advance.

About Andrea Nguyen

A culinary bridge builder and leading authority on Asian cuisines, Andrea Nguyen was born in Vietnam and came to the United States at the age of six. She has authored many acclaimed books, including The Pho Cookbook, which won a James Beard Award. Epicurious named her one of the top 100 greatest home cooks of all time. A former contributing editor at Saveur and columnist at Cooking Light, Nguyen holds a Master’s degree from the USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism. She has written articles and developed recipes for Food & Wine, EatingWell, the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and Los Angeles Times. Nguyen lives in Santa Cruz, California, where she writes, teaches, and podcasts. Ever-Green Vietnamese is her seventh cookbook.
