Jack's BBQ SLU: One Year Anniversary!

Jack's BBQ is well known for its delectable smoked meats bringing the soul of Central Texas to the heart of Seattle. With its 'world headquarters' in SoDo recently celebrating five years, Jack turned towards South Lake Union last year. After a year of feeding the hungry denizens of SLU - Jack's BBQ is commemorating its anniversary in grand style with a whole smoked alligator and a few other terrific smoky treats.

On Saturday, February 8th, beginning at 4:30 p.m., Jack will be serving up FREE samples of smoked alligator to everyone that shows up to saw howdy! Several dipping sauces will be available to try your tasty morsels of gator in multiple ways. In addition, all beverages, including beer, wine and cocktails, will be available for half price all day!
