Smoked Meats Class with Jack's BBQ
Join Jack and Pitmaster Joe Whelan for a virtual BBQ class on August 22nd at 5 p.m. This is the first event of its kind at Jack’s BBQ and we have several others we hope to give soon. Learn from the masters about topics such as: Central Texas BBQ history, How to trim brisket and ribs, cooking techniques, how to hold and slice brisket, and last but not least – how to smoke a cocktail!
Classes will be held via Zoom and include training, smoked meats for you to eat at home, along with spices and BBQ sauces and a chef’s apron from Jack’s BBQ. You can even buy one of Jack’s whole briskets sourced from Double R Ranch to trim along at home during the class!
Please order in advance using this link and select your preferred class option. You can pick up your class kit between Thursday the 20th and Saturday the 22nd at our SoDo location and be all set for learning some terrific skills for use at your home BBQ!
