We're pleased to have Diane Lander, a member of the CWB Board of Trustees and longtime wooden boat caretaker, as our Third Friday Speaker for this month. Join us in the Sail Loft on April 15 for a presentation on the ways that wooden boats have enriched Diane’s life, and to learn about her long experience in the world of wooden boats; including her previous ownership of the 97-foot M.V. Olympus as well as her current Lake Union Dreamboat, the Marian II.
The Third Friday Speaker series is one of the longest running programs at The Center for Wooden Boats. Featuring renowned influencers in the maritime community, the series takes place every third Friday of the month and is free to the public. Listeners will hear stories, experiences, and gain invaluable knowledge! Stay tuned for more information on the monthly speaker.
