August 2022 Speaker: Brandt Faatz, Navigating The Voyage To A Cruising Life

Friday, August 19 from 6 – 7 PM.
In-person at our Wagner Education Center Sail Loft, and livestreamed via Zoom. This is a free event.

Follow Brandt's path to long-distance voyaging at sea, from learning to sail and acquiring that first boat to cutting the dock lines and setting off on big adventures. Discover how accessible cruising can be, and get some ideas on how to start the adventure sooner than you might think.

About the speaker: A long-time CWBer, Brandt Faatz sails the Ericson 38 Priya south of the border and the Nordic Folkboat Chloe in the Salish sea. With nearly 40 years of sailing and more than 20,000 cruising miles, he's fully immersed in a lifestyle of sharing experiences on the water.
